Our photos have been hiding in cyber space--but we did take pictures of the first day of school and Rob's ??th birthday at the end of the summer. We celebrated with our good friends, the Perez family, who treated us to homemade tamales, barbecued shrimp and steak, and a spontaneous Mariachi guitar sing-along. We loved it!
Now that we've been in school for a month, I'm happy to report that everyone loves their teachers, Maddie is happily thriving in middle school, and Bea is enjoying lots of individual attention and unlimited exploration of the girls' bedrooms during the daytime.
