SOLD

(Flori) It's a miracle, really. A few weeks ago, a man from Charlotte contacted us, interested in buying our house there. He didn't have a realtor, didn't need a loan, didn't want any repairs, and didn't want to wait . We closed this morning (in absentia) and I cried tears of relief and joy. After 18 months, 3 realtors, 1 set of renters, and endless prayers and wondering "WHY?" and "WHEN?", it is over. We are so thankful.

I have started to dislike this house over the past several months. Every picture and thought of it made me feel stressed out and grouchy. I am glad I can refocus on the things I loved about our blue house--all the happy memories we made there and good friends and family who spent time there with us. These are the things we'll take with us as we leave the keys with another family.

(Rob) Just a few great moments in the blue house:

1. Sarah Jane waiting for the bus with her sisters for her first day of kindergarten.
2. The great piles of leaves that the girls could jump in (and that Rob no longer needs to bag!)

3. Adding Beatrice to our lovely lineup.
